Qualifications

Job Description
- Design HVAC systems including air handling units, air distribution systems, process exhaust primarily for cleanrooms and office areas.
- Direct CAD designers and support inter-discipline coordination in preparation of project designs.
- Partner with business unit customers and facilities operations to provide engineering solutions in support of their equipment and systems.
- Plan and prepare designs, specifications and estimates for projects compliant to local & international mechanical codes.
- Inspect specific construction and/or maintenance work to ensure adherence to design plans.
- Provide direction for restoration of operations in the event of system failures, breakdowns, or other emergency situations.
- Conduct FMEA review of HVAC systems, including, central plant system utilities.
Compensation:
$90k to $130k annually.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as additional benefits. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
