  • Create and distribute office communications, internal emails, and event invitations.
  • Organize employee engagement events and team lunches.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong sense of customer service and hospitality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Flexibility to tackle both independent and team-oriented projects.

  • Comfortable communicating with all levels of management.

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in an Office Receptionist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with Service Now is a plus.

Education:

  • College degree preferred.
