We are seeking a Wholesale Account Coordinator to join our Sales Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the wholesale accounts, providing excellent customer service to our clients and supporting the sales team in reaching its targets. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for the fashion industry.
This role will report to the Sales Director.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale accounts and manage the relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Receive and process orders from wholesale accounts and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Provide product information, pricing, and other sales support materials to wholesale accounts as required.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Assist with the planning of market and other sales related events.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the ALEXIS brand, products, and client base to effectively communicate the brand's value proposition and drive sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and threats and provide feedback to the sales and design teams.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped on time and in full.
- Provide regular reports and updates on account performance, sales trends, and inventory levels to the sales team and senior management.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks related to wholesale accounts are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Key requirements:
- 1-2 years of prior relevant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
