Role Summary: The Senior Lead for Wholesale Credit Risk (WCR) will play a pivotal role in collaborating with all TTS Lines of Business, particularly Trade and Working Capital Solutions (TWCS), as well as regional and country teams to effectively implement the WCR Target Operating Model across multiple jurisdictions and product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the TWCS operations by planning, directing, and coordinating daily activities related to the WCR program.
  • Act as the Project Management Office (PMO) lead for critical initiatives, ensuring detailed execution within established timelines.
  • Identify potential risks that may affect program delivery and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate timely communication regarding status updates, issues, and risk management to all relevant stakeholders, including senior management within TWCS.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Assist in the development and execution of Institutional Credit Management (ICM) Transaction Management in alignment with the end-state model for TTS, focusing on product scoping, automation, data capture, and monitoring of covenants and collateral.
  • Collaborate with regional product teams to implement the WCR Legal Documentation Checklist across all business units globally.
  • Revise and update all necessary WCR TTS standards and procedures with input from relevant stakeholders.
  • Work alongside ICM and Risk teams to streamline and automate product guidelines, enhancing the current product approval process.
  • Support technology de-risking initiatives and system migrations across Trade.
  • Assist business units with WCR data-related projects and workstreams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong background in Trade products, Operations, Technology, Program Management, and/or Data is highly desirable.
  • Proven commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
