Requirements:

· At least 5 years of experience working as a high-level administrative assistant at the executive level

· Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO

· Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

· Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents

· Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports

· Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items

· Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

· Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors

· Handle confidential information with discretion

· Manage office supplies and equipment inventory

· Assist with phone systems and handle incoming calls

· Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role


Necessary technical skills:

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners) and software (e.g., DocuSign)
