Role Purpose: This position entails overseeing a Global 6000V aircraft, ensuring compliance with operational standards while fostering a collaborative environment among a dedicated team of pilots, maintenance technicians, and cabin attendants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Act as a peer leader within the flight department, emphasizing effective crew resource management and superior client service.
  • Client Relations: Cultivate and manage significant client relationships, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining the operational integrity of Executive Jet Management.
  • Collaboration with Maintenance: Work closely with maintenance teams to guarantee adherence to all aircraft maintenance protocols and timely completion of necessary tasks.
  • Administrative Duties: Oversee various administrative responsibilities, including invoice reviews, vendor relations, and crew scheduling, ensuring alignment with company expectations.
  • Flight Safety: Ensure all flight operations comply with regulatory requirements, including proper flight planning and risk management protocols.
  • Exceptional Service Delivery: Strive to enhance the service experience for owners and passengers, addressing any service deviations promptly.
  • Training and Compliance: Maintain required training and compliance with company policies, ensuring all crew members are qualified for their roles.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in corporate aviation.
  • FAA Type rating in the applicable fleet.
  • Total flight time of 3500 hours, including 2000 hours as Pilot in Command.
