The Regional Territory Sales Manager is a self-motivated and experienced individual who is ready to join Wilo's dynamic team as an industry-recognized trusted solutions provider. You will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and providing expert advice on HVAC pump products across the designated territory within the assigned territory reps region working with engineers, contractors/installers, and end-users.


Primary Job Duties

  • Demonstrate high positive energy with a passion to WIN
  • Can-do result-driven attitude.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned region.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities, as well as
  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts including RFQs for new building construction selections, and bids working directly with engineering firms, contractors, and end-users
  • Ensure customers select the appropriate HVAC pump solutions for their needs driving Wilo products to basis-of-design status.
  • Private/design work is another target avenue.
  • Deliver superior overall support, technical/mechanical expertise, and product knowledge beginning with the pre-sale through the post-sale to the customers including engineers, contractors, end-users as well as internal employees of Wilo/supporting rep and distribution companies when needed.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments through contacts, social media, news, events, etc.

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of 4-year Business and/or Engineering Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5 - 10 years of proven sales management experience.
  • Proven Levels of Sales Achievement and ability to meet goals and objectives.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong desire for success.
  • Superior communication skills including oral discussion and presentations, and written communication.
  • Desire and professionalism to work and operate independently.
  • Preparedness to travel (overnight travel by car and air required) up to 75%.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
