What You Will Do:
- Drive sales through our Loewen Dealer partners by supporting growth of existing dealer accounts and generation of new business opportunities by developing new relationships with architects and builders within the territory.
- Provide the highest level of customer service and technical
- Partner with the Dealers and Builder/Architect community to create window and door product selections to complete their projects for the purpose of generating project specifications.
- Work closely with the Architectural Territory Manager to support and help manage the transition from specification to order with the Dealers.
- Call on the Builder and Architect communities to present and promote products and build brand awareness for the purpose of generating project specifications.
- Participate and be an active supporter in appropriate AIA (CRAN) and/or BIA member meetings/
- Conduct luncheon seminars to provide education on product characteristics or new products with timely and accurate technical information.
- Follow up to make sure that product information as provided is sufficient and specifications meet requirements for quotes and order entry.
- Communicate and engage with Dealers' sales representatives, offering sales and technical support. Achieve/exceed targeted sales activity and sales orders per month within a specified
- Positive attitude with a team first mindset focused on sharing best practices and driving company growth.
- Dealer support and outside sales or architectural sales experience is essential with knowledge of building materials - windows and doors is preferred.
- Familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements with a high level of responsiveness to customer needs.
- Ability to effectively present in front of varying sized groups both formal and informal Excellent technical aptitude is essential.
- Handling objections by taking initiative & finding creative solutions is
- Ability to clearly communicate and build/maintain strong relationships within builder and architectural communities is essential.
- Demonstrated consultative selling
- Proven time management focus and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of the builder/architectural community in Northwest Mountain Region (Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho).
- Ability to travel to Canada along with a valid passport / driver's license.
- Preferred location in Colorado with flexibility considered in Utah, Idaho and Wyoming.
