Desktop Support Specialist (6-Month Contract)
Location: Onsite - Downtown Denver
Pay Rate: $31-$33, W2
Key Duties:
- Set up, upgrade, and maintain endpoint devices.
- Use SCCM and PXE boot for computer imaging and software installation.
- Address support requests via phone, chat, tickets, and dispatch.
- Troubleshoot network, software, and hardware problems.
- Install and resolve issues with peripherals (printers, headsets, monitors, webcams).
- Guide users on proper technology use and organizational policies.
- Conduct spontaneous training on hardware and software.
- Keep track of computer equipment inventory.
- Assist with office moves and new employee setups.
- Perform additional IT support tasks as needed.
A Combination of Required Skills Needed:
- Excellent customer service with knowledge of Dell, Macintosh, and Panasonic devices.
- Proficient in supporting Windows 10, 11 and Office 365
- Familiar with ServiceNow, or other ticketing systems
- Knowledge of SCCM and Cisco AnyConnect/SecureConnect is advantageous.
