Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician II to join our team at Colorado Housing and Finance Authority. As a Help Desk Technician II, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and support to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other equipment
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Associate's degree in a field related to computer science or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
