Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Executive Assistant to support our high-performing team of consultants. This role is integral to the success of our operations and requires a proactive, highly organized professional with an innate ability to multitask. You will be working directly with our top executives, managing their schedules, coordinating travel, and assisting with project management. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow and learn in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team of consultants, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and appointments, ensuring that all schedules are up-to-date and conflicts are minimized.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and other logistics. Ensure that travel-related expenses are accurately documented and submitted.
  • Assist with project management tasks, including tracking project progress, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that all project deadlines are met.
  • Manage time effectively to prioritize and complete tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, handling all inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Solve problems effectively, using critical thinking skills to address challenges and find viable solutions.
  • Oversee office management duties, including ordering supplies, managing office space, and coordinating with IT and other support staff.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in administrative support, calendar management, travel arrangements, project management, time management, report preparation, customer service, and office management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and handle unexpected situations effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and to work under pressure.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff, clients, and visitors.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
