Job Description:

The Office Manager for the Neighborhood Health Clinics supports the daily administrative operations of the administrative office, supporting all clinic sites. Leads a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties for compliance purposes. Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

Work Experience:

Three years of management experience in an outpatient clinic or related health care setting..  

Licenses/Certifications:

None.  

Education and Training:

A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required. Masters preferred.
