Position Overview

The Executive Office Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Chief Executive of our organization. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks that are essential for the smooth operation of our family-oriented business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments while minimizing conflicts.
  • Travel Coordination: Organize travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.
  • Project Management Support: Assist in tracking project progress, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to our team of consultants, ensuring all tasks are completed promptly.
  • Office Management: Oversee office operations, including supply ordering and space management, while coordinating with IT and support staff.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar.
  • Proven skills in administrative support, calendar management, travel logistics, and project coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a professional demeanor when interacting with staff, clients, and visitors.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
