Luna Data Solutions has an immediate contract position opening (contract term 12 months+) for a Project Lead resource. *This is a hybrid role, in which this resource must work onsite 2 days/week.


  • Key Activities/Responsibilities:Responsible for communications to Project Sponsors and connecting team for accomplishment of project’s objectives.
  • Lead Serves as the primary point of contact for project delivery aspects for this application and is responsible for communication and status reporting.
  • Identify resources available to complete project assignments in a timely manner and identify potential risks, constraints, and issues that may have an impact on the project and is responsible for the development of strategies to address them.
  • Responsible for coordination with the IT Operations and Security for any infrastructure or security assessments required for the applications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by branch manager.
  • Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
  • Maintains and utilizes detailed industry and internal services knowledge in the construction of industry-leading services solutions, including expert working level knowledge of the processes, technologies, and people components involved in the services arena.
  • As needed, provide a "trusted expert advisor” role as a Subject Matter Expert for technical services, to both internal and external customers, ranging from formal advice to internal and external customer presentations.


  • Required Qualifications:Minimum of 8 years of experience/familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and SDLC.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in working with Product Owner/Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and release features
  • Minimum of 8 years of exhibiting excellent analytical, problem-solving, team-playing, and communication skills.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with Project Management Life Cycle, the Agile Development Life Cycle.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in meeting tight deadlines.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in communicating program objectives, goals, and progress to program directors, executives, upper management, and stakeholders.


  • Preferred Qualifications:Service-Now Dashboards, Visual Task Boards, Leading and Coordinating Projects.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Service-Now.
  • Experience with driving communication between customers and vendors.
