Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive AI/ML Project Lead to oversee and drive initiatives within our internal IT framework.

This role involves close collaboration with IT executives, product stakeholders, and various departments to ensure the effective execution of AI/ML projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple high-stakes projects with significant visibility.
  • Define project scope and manage change requests as necessary.
  • Assemble and guide project teams, including both internal and external resources.
  • Work alongside product stakeholders and leadership to prioritize tasks and gather detailed requirements.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans covering all delivery phases.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project expectations, progress, and risks.
  • Ensure accountability for project deliverables, financials, and timelines.
  • Support the preparation of Statements of Work as needed.
  • Lead the development of new technology service offerings.
  • Contribute to process enhancement initiatives and mentor team members.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in shaping product vision and strategy.
  • 3+ years of experience in leading strategic initiatives in the AI/ML sector.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, including leading scrums and managing user stories.
  • Strong grasp of AI/ML technologies and software development practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of customer needs and user-centric design principles.
  • Prior management experience is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience in leading large-scale software implementations.
  • Ability to work with Agile frameworks.
  • Proficient in project and financial data analysis.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Certifications:
  • PMP Certification is preferred.
  • Certified Scrum at Scale Practitioner (CSaSP) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) is preferred.

Additional Information:

The estimated annual compensation for this role ranges from $120,000 to $160,000, based on relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions.
