The position will be responsible for managing a full range of payroll activities for multi-state North America, ensuring accurate and timely processing. This includes producing payroll and compensation reports across departments, overseeing the general ledger reporting process, and handling year-end tasks to ensure accurate W-2 processing. Additionally, you will manage the inbox, serve as the primary contact for internal questions and concerns, and coordinate onboarding and offboarding. You will also audit completed payroll and participate in quarterly cross-processing.
Candidates must have a strong understanding of garnishments and payroll taxes, as well as the ability to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of payroll processing. Prior experience using Workday software is required.
