Two Trees Management, a leading Brooklyn based real estate developer and owner, is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager. Joining a small but highly capable team, the Senior Brand Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth through strategic marketing initiatives across the firm’s luxury residential and commercial real estate portfolio and public spaces (including Domino Park). Your primary focus will be on developing creative campaigns that effectively showcase our properties, attract and retain customers, and support our commercial and residential leasing efforts.


This role requires working with both internal stakeholders (including working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Managing Directors of Commercial and Residential leasing) and external agency partners to effectively target, reach, and engage with prospective customers in the New York City luxury apartment rental and Class A/Class B office rental markets. Real Estate industry and/or Hospitality interest is required, but industry experience is not a pre-requisite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with an in-house creative team to conceptualize and execute marketing omnichannel campaigns.
  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans by assessing industry trends, and opportunities to drive deeper affinity with our customers across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals.
  • Play a key role in the creative development and production of film and photo shoots, for both new product launches and ongoing portfolio marketing efforts.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence, working closely with agency partners.
  • Write compelling copy for various marketing materials, including brochures, ads, website content, and newsletters.
  • Ensure that all messaging is consistent, on-brand, and resonates with our target audience.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote properties, and drive engagement.
  • Segment email lists, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of portfolio websites to ensure a user-friendly experience and strong SEO performance.
  • Update property listings, create landing pages, and monitor analytics to inform website strategy.


Qualifications & Technical Requirements:

  • Proven experience in brand strategy, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field.
  • Strong creative thinking and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and website content management systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with property management/marketing platforms, e.g. VTS, Funnel.
  • Experience working with email marketing platforms, e.g. Hubspot, MailChimp.
