BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

  • Compensation: $65-70K
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Negotiable, starts at 40 hours, increases 40 hours/year up to 5 weeks PTO.
  • Health Benefits: (No- waiting period): The Operator covers 100% of the health insurance for individual employees. Family plan costs vary; Details to come
  • Retirement: (1,000 hour waiting period): 401K with up to a 5% contribution

  • Associate's/Bachelor’s Degree preferred
