Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest has an exceptional dining experience, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding service and quality.
  • Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum one year of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in restaurant management software.
  • Certifications: ServSafe and/or food safety training, alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS).
