Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Analyst will be creating and leading all sales and marketing programs and promotions from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in all aspects of data analytics, additionally, this person should be committed to evaluate performance and calculate ROI of each program, transforming data into readable, goal-oriented reports that drive innovation and growth, actively communicate with all stakeholders, allocate budgets and resources across different programs.
Responsibilities
- Learn and understand go to market strategies of the industry.
- Oversees existing internal and external sales and marketing programs incl. co-op program, dealer program, sales MBO program, DSP program, other seasonal programs and promotions.
- Calculate and monitor program progress monthly, quarterly and yearly, calculate ROIs and provide suggestions of improvement.
- Prepare sales & reports when needed.
- Research audience preferences and current market trends, suggest new programs and promotions to increase sales.
- Work closely with marketing managers to promote programs and promotion, work with sales, finance, IT and other functions to ensure smooth roll out, communication and administration of all programs and sales promotions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data analyst, computer science, business or a relevant area of study is required.
- 2-5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, data analyst role
- Strong data collection, cleaning, analysis, interpretation and reporting skills are required.
- Strong business sense, able to learn and understand business processes quickly.
- Expert in excel and relevant software.
- Organized, strategic, and motivational problem solver.
- Effective communication, follow-up, project management and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and comprehension ability is important.
