About the RoleAs a Preneed Funeral Director, you will be responsible for connecting with clients to plan their final wishes and provide peace of mind for their loved ones. You will have a dedicated team of over 50 agents setting appointments and helping you know as much as possible about your clients.
Key Responsibilities- Make what you want: Earn a competitive W2 base salary and commission compensation that benefits that you control by closing pre-set appointments (typical average of $95,000 - $105,000/annually with no earning cap)

- Funeral Director License required
- Applicable State Insurance License and Preneed License/Certification (where applicable)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or 1-2 years of in-person sales experience, preferably in a senior market
- Strong relationship development and communication skills
- Ability to sell effectively over the phone and in-person
- Empathetic, caring, and compassionate mindset with a strong work ethic
