We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant Office Manager to join our team and support our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Office Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle office communications, including answering phones and managing emails
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules
  • Assist with payroll processing and some HR responsibilities
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Provide support to the installation teams, ensuring smooth operations
  • Respond to customer inquiries and deliver excellent customer service
  • Prepare and type proposals, cost estimates, and billing documents
  • Ensure the office operates efficiently and effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office management role preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the construction or insulation industry is a plus
