What do you get to do in this position?
  • Shape and own the Quality Excellence Program Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) to provide the greatest added value for Digital Power Operations
  • Lead and extend the technical auditing program and more broadly extend quality control
  • Own all aspects of the ISO9001 Quality Management System including the external audit
  • Lead and/or support customer escalation resolution by representing Digital Power
  • Manage a dotted line relationship with quality leaders, auditors and lean practitioners
  • Drive continuous improvements and lean initiatives from identification to implementation including communications aligning stakeholders' expectations
  • Develop a cohesive communication plan for quality excellence and strategy team
  • Work collaboratively with engineering and project management team leaders
  • Perform and/or identify training needs for our people
  • Conduct hands-on Root Cause Analysis and related communications including with customers (reporting data and easy to digest format with recommended actions to take).
  • Create business cases help organizations make better investment decision

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

This job might be for you if:
    • BS in engineering or equivalent is preferred.
    • Have previous experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Engergy Management, Power & Energy, with Field Service Engineering and Project Mangement Teams, Monitoring/Automation Solution, Manufacturing, Customer relationship, and External Auditor.
    • Enjoy collaboration with other teams
    • Excellent Problem Solver, Self-starter, and Result-oriented.
    • Effectives written and verbal communication
