What are you going to do

  1. Read drawings, technical instructions, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
  2. Designing, reviewing, and updating quality control policies, procedures, and checklist.
  3. Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping. Ensuring quality check procedures are followed at every stage of production, and reject, if necessary, the ones that do not meet the quality standard and technical specifications. Conduct quality assessment and management of suppliers.
  4. Perform the necessary quality inspection including but not limited to product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
  5. Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner. Report promptly to the quality manager and other relevant parties about the detected quality issues and work together with the relevant team members on finding the solutions to rectify the quality issues.
  6. Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control to improve product excellence.
  7. Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records and keep a good record of all the documented files.
  8. Dealing with customer feedback and complaints


Essential skills and knowledge

  1. Bachelor Degree above; Further qualifications will be a plus.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in suppliers quality management or relevant job. Certified Welding Inspector is preferred.
  3. A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
  4. Responsible and trustworthy and willing to take the extra step to solve the quality problem.
  5. Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
  6. Working knowledge of MS Office.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to read and write in English and speak at basic to medium level of English during work.
