Location: Philippines or South Africa preferred

Compensation: $1500 $2000 USD per month

Start Date: Immediate

About the Role:

As an Executive Assistant you will be the backbone of operations ensuring seamless daytoday functionality and efficient execution of tasks. You will excel at anticipating needs proactively problemsolving and maintaining a high level of confidentiality. This role requires a strong sense of ownership meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Masterful Calendar Management: Expertly manage and optimize complex scheduling across multiple time zones ensuring seamless coordination of meetings appointments and travel.
  • Efficient Email Management: Triage prioritize and respond to emails promptly and professionally maintaining a high standard of communication.
  • Client Relationship Support: Provide exceptional support to a portfolio of clients including onboarding communication and addressing inquiries.
  • Administrative Excellence: Handle a variety of administrative tasks including document creation report generation data entry and travel arrangements.
  • Project Management Support: Assist with project coordination task tracking and ensuring deadlines are met using ClickUp.
  • CRM Management: Utilize High Level CRM to maintain accurate client records track interactions and support business development efforts.
  • Podcast Support: Assist with podcast production including scheduling recordings coordinating guests and managing postproduction tasks.
  • Financial Reporting: Gather and organize financial data prepare reports and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional English Proficiency: Native or nearnative fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
  • Strong Critical Thinking Skills: Ability to analyze information identify problems and propose effective solutions.
  • ProcessOriented Mindset: A natural inclination towards organization efficiency and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with common office software and a willingness to learn new tools (ClickUp and High Level CRM experience is a plus).
  • "S" or "C" DISC Profile: Possess a personality style that complements a fastpaced resultsoriented leader.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar highlevel support role.
