Job Title: Senior Executive istant

Location: Remote (Eastern or Pacific Time Zone)

Salary: $1500 $2000 USD per month

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Executive istant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team across multiple companies. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual with exceptional communication ss a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex schedules streamlining operations and anticipating the needs of executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Expertly manage complex calendars across multiple executives scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Communication: Serve as a gatekeeper for executives managing incoming and outgoing communications (email phone etc.) with professionalism and discretion.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Import and export data as needed generating reports and yzing trends.
  • Financial Administration: ist with invoicing bookkeeping and expense reporting maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients investors and stakeholders representing the executive team in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operational Support: Streamline operational processes anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Project Management: ist with project coordination tracking deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel including flights accommodations and ground transportation adhering to travel policies and preferences.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas presentations and meeting materials ensuring executives are wellprepared for all engagements.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3 years of experience as an Executive istant supporting seniorlevel executives.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication ss with a strong ability to adapt to different audiences and communication styles.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems Google Workspace Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Familiarity with Dan Martell's EA ecosystem tools is a plus.
  • Organizational Ss: Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization ss.
  • ProblemSolving: Proven ability to anticipate needs identify potential issues and proactively implement solutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities and ambiguity.
  • Discretion: Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
