We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Integrator & Project Manager with secondary responsibilities as an Executive istant to the CEO. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company and contribute directly to our ambitious growth trajectory.

About the Role:

This role is a dynamic blend of strategic leadership operational management and executive support. Your primary focus will be to serve as the Integrator ensuring seamless crossdepartmental collaboration and driving the of key initiatives. You will also lead critical projects ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. As a secondary focus you will provide executive istance to the CEO managing their schedule and handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Integrator (90%):

  • EOS Implementation: Champion the EOS framework within the organization facilitating its adoption and ensuring adherence to its core principles.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations ensuring alignment with the company's longterm vision and strategic goals.
  • Performance Management: Monitor performance metrics and scorecards ensuring departments meet objectives and drive accountability.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments (sales marketing finance operations administration) fostering a cohesive and highperforming team environment.
  • Strategic : Translate the CEO's strategic vision into actionable plans communicating effectively with the leadership team and driving .
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Project Manager:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage various projects from planning and initiation to and completion ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders including private equity partners to ensure project success.
  • Project Tracking: Utilize project management tools (e.g. Asana) to track progress delegate tasks and ensure accountability.
  • Research and ysis: Conduct research evaluate vendor solutions and yze data to support project decisionmaking.

Executive istant (10%):

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the CEO managing emails scheduling meetings organizing calendars and handling travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing communications ensuring timely and effective communication flow.
  • Personal istance: ist the CEO with personal and professional tasks as needed including calendar reminders adhoc requests and research.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Seniorlevel experience in project management and/or operations management. Experience as an Integrator is highly desirable.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to work independently lead initiatives and drive results without micromanagement.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication ss with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Organizational Ss: Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
  • ProblemSolving: Proactive and solutionoriented mindset with the ability to identify and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with productivity tools (e.g. Asana Slack) and Google Workspace.
  • Cultural Awareness: Experience with U.S. work culture is preferred particularly for candidates seeking the higher end of the salary range.

Work Schedule and Time Zone:

  • Business Hours: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST)
  • Core Hours: 7:00 AM 12:00 PM CST (required presence)
  • Flexibility: We offer flexibility for candidates in Latin America or South Africa to accommodate time zone differences.
    • Example for South Africa: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM CST (9:00 PM local time)
