Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a strategic and experienced HRBP Manager to partner with business leaders and provide comprehensive human resources support. You will serve as a trusted advisor on all HR matters and play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support our company's overall goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders across departments to understand their HR needs and provide strategic guidance.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Manage HR compliance and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Develop and deliver HR training programs to employees.
  • Conduct HR investigations and handle employee relations issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations.
  • Advocate for employee well-being and create a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role.
  • Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to achieve strategic HR objectives.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage conflict effectively.
  • Proficient in HR information systems (HRIS).
