Mission

Develop Schneider Electric EV Battery manufacturing business in NAM with strong coordination with the Asian and European EV Battery manufacturers investing in NAM. Looking for a strong contributor to develop thought leadership and C-level engagement in the area of electric vehicle battery manufacturing. Candidate to demonstrate strong collaboration and networking capabilities as well as a deep understanding of the EV Battery value proposition. Knowledge of Schneider Electric's offerings and systems including: Ecostruxure Power, EcoStrxuture Plants, Industrial Automation Solutions to OEMs, Aveva Software, Field Services & Sustainability services value proposition is a plus. Platforming & identification of key opportunities in the zone. Pursuit of major electric vehicle batteries factories projects in North America.

Key Tasks & area of Responsibilities
  • Develop deep customer C-level Relationships,
  • Work closely with key Automotive Stake holder including but not limited to Mobility Segment President, Segment Sales Leader of North America, Head of EV Battery, Regional Segment Leaders of the other zones, Solution Architects, North America Sales teams to align the EV battery value proposition with local market trends and meet EV Battery customer demands
  • Develop networking/collaboration across Business Units and countries that ensure collaboration and alignment to deliver on EV battery ambitions
  • Deploy electric vehicle battery marketing plan and meet key ambitions including integration of Schneider software solutions focused on information technology (IT) systems and operational technology (OT) systems
  • Ensure we become a true solution advisor/provide to our key EV Battery Manufacturers in North America
  • Develop regional talents on EV Battery within North America; lead and manage the people to ensure we have right level of competencies
  • Deploy the entire cross-BU EV battery value proposition to the targeted EPCs, Process OEMs and End Users

Quantitative
  • North America EV Battery performance (Order Intakes)
  • Growth on software solutions and Field Services offers in EV Battery

  • Ability to work and collaborate in complex multi-cultural network
  • Ability to open C-level doors and influence C-level decision makers
  • Learning the EV Battery production process and appropriate the EV battery value proposition
