Key Responsibilities
  • To execute the NVPA US projects roadmap, emphasizing the priorities and goals of Power Trading and the GRP sectors, ensuring robust governance and management processes for seamless project integration.
  • To assist in crafting the Operating model for GRP Trading and the corresponding organizational and reporting interfaces.
  • To aid in the formulation of the hedging strategy for assets and long-term PPA portfolios.
  • To structure, size, and lead the project integration team, ensuring comprehensive oversight of all relevant HR aspects (performance, attraction, training, development), HSE, and budget considerations.

  • GRP Trading is responsible for managing financial and physical gas and power-related risks associated with both internal and external flows, serving clients while fostering a profitable and sustainable enterprise. It also serves as the center of expertise for managing gas, renewables, and power risks in open markets.
  • New Ventures & Predictive Analytics (NVPA) is a front-office functional unit that supports the Business Unit in managing commercial, organizational, strategic, and business development projects, as well as portfolio valuation and management in a rapidly growing environment. It also acts as the center of competence for Power Market regulation and Predictive Analytics.
