Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
My company is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to market IT equipment (server and storage); software such as RPA and AI systems we are developing. Further, if there are any projects which the company embarks on, the BDM shall do his/her best to market the products and services after appropriate product training.
The job scope covers the following:
Handles customers enquiries and feedbacks and establish rapport with customers
To target new corporate customers
Responsible for establishing sales leads which includes cold calling of potential customers.
Handles digital advertising and promotional campaigns.
The Management may at its discretion assign any other duties and responsibilities to the BDM during the course of his/her employment.
Requirements
The candidate must have the following:
Good knowledge of the full range of sales activities
Knowledge of the IT software and hardware
Good project management and organisational skills
Personal Attributes
· Strong team player
· Excellent communicator
· Self-starter and good finisher
· Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
· Ability to work with all levels of seniority of colleagues & across all functions/business lines
· Able to handle multi-tasking
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Diploma holders in the related fields who has good experience in sales and marketing may also apply.
At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Proven success in sales and marketing
Salary
$3800 + commission
