As an experienced Change Manager, you will lead and implement change to enhance client service delivery and improve employee experience. You will support executives and leaders in driving change, developing strategies to boost readiness and adoption of our new service model.

Skills & Experience required

Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience. Experience leading transformational change for a CRM or similar large-scale project, managing both technology and people/process aspects. Record of achievement in planning and managing the development, implementation and delivery of change management program within a complex organisational environment and to tight timeframes Experience in change projects, with multiple initiatives across business processes, systems, digital transformation and cultural shifts Strong stakeholder engagement skills at all organisational levels Experience in understanding internal and external stakeholder objectives, translating them into change management interventions. Highly effective communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills Ability to collaborate on excellent outcomes, ensuring business readiness for adoption and sustainability of change programs. Experience in supporting multiple projects and priorities. Experience supporting organisational transformation. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
