Job SummaryDescription

This role owns the investment authorization process for Digital and Information Technology, including the application used to facilitate the authorization process, which is in the midst of being replaced with a new tool that is part of the nxtgenERP suite of solutions. This replacement project will require the person in this role to redesign the process as appropriate and provide change management for the key stakeholders of the process. This role also works with the Corporate Authorizations group to ensure we follow company expectations for authority limitations and delegation of authority for investment authorizations. This role will also establish and own the Global IT Calendar.
Job Description
Your responsibilities may include:
  • Own Digital and Information Technology's investment authorization process
  • Oversee distribution of investment funding, including block funding, invest base and special project funding for Digital and Information Technology
  • Work with budget coordinators across organization to execute investment authorization process
  • Ensure organization has appropriate justification, documentation and approvals and is following company ALM (Authority Limitations) and DOA (Delegation of Authority)
  • Provide application ownership of existing investment authorization application
  • Replace current investment authorization application with a nxtgenERP-aligned solution
  • Build out and establish processes for Global IT Calendar

Basic/Required:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Word

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, related field, or foreign equivalent
  • 1 or more years of experience in a project controls or authorizations role
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Ability to understand how discreet concepts fit into bigger picture
  • Ability to recognize opportunities and initiate own work based on goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence and respectfully challenge others
  • Confident in engaging across all levels of the organization and presenting to ITLT and CDIO
  • Understand key financial and quantitative indicators impact the business
  • Build positive relationships based on trust and seeks collaboration across organizational boundaries to achieve goals
  • Drive thoughtful and pragmatic change, inspires innovative thinking and continuous improvement, and models adaptability through resourcefulness, flexibility, and positivity
