Potential Activities During Your Internship:
  • Collaborating with various departments to create innovative and impactful solutions.
  • Engaging in orientation sessions, training workshops, field excursions, social events, weekly seminars, and networking opportunities with key leaders.
  • Participating in ongoing coaching discussions with your supervisor, who will guide you throughout your internship journey.
  • Connecting with technical and peer mentors to help you navigate role-specific challenges and acclimate to the corporate environment.
  • Delivering a presentation at the conclusion of your internship to senior executives and important stakeholders, showcasing your learning and insights gained during your time with us.

Your summer internship may encompass experiences in areas such as:
  • Implementing automation technologies to enhance safety and reduce operational costs.
  • Investigating artificial intelligence (AI) applications, including machine learning.
  • Creating digital solutions aimed at improving workplace productivity and safety.
  • Utilizing advanced technologies to elevate inspection and monitoring standards.
  • Engaging in software development to meet custom solution requirements.
  • Participating in cloud engineering tasks, covering everything from infrastructure to software development, configuration, and security.
  • Analyzing data to identify efficiencies and generate significant cost savings.
  • Developing skills in mathematics, statistics, and domain knowledge.
Internship Requirements:

Basic/Required:
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of the job posting.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics & Statistics, Cybersecurity, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • At least 30 credit hours completed in college.
  • Graduation date after the internship period.
  • Available for a minimum of ten consecutive weeks.
Preferred:
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Prior internship experience with Phillips 66.
  • Previous internship or co-op experience in a related field.
  • Willingness to work in any of our operational locations.
