The Opportunity

Join us in tackling healthcare for rural America We're seeking a Marketing Manager who is passionate about having a positive societal impact, and using technology for good – solving issues of health inequity for communities that have been perennially underserved.
As we enter new geographies and expand within our existing markets, we need to grow our small but mighty team to support these efforts. In your role as Regional Marketing Manager, you'll help us acquire new members and engage existing members. You will be responsible for providing deep insights and data driven recommendations at a Local level, working closely with our community outreach, sales, and central marketing teams. You will define and execute on local tactics, including but not limited to promotion of our new clinic locations, local advertising, and other field marketing work. You are comfortable in a rapidly changing environment, and with a role that spans multiple areas and functions.


What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to help unlock growth areas
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in operations, product, creative, and analytics to design, test, and execute marketing campaigns
  • Market to consumers directly through channel partnerships and local activations
  • Partner with the commercial team to test new ways to reach our target audience
  • The ability to operate within a fast-pace startup environment with limited direction and data
  • Support local events including attending events and create materials need to support local events
  • Help articulate local brand messaging
  • You can take ownership and lead initiatives, and know when to ask for advice or help
  • Create new marketing collateral as needed, including writing messaging and copy for ads, brochures, signage, etc. to educate patients, providers, brokers, and other community stakeholders on Homeward
  • You work well cross-functionally and like solving problems and puzzles and testing new ideas in order to drive scalable growth
  • You identify with our customer - a rural, medicare eligible senior who deserves better healthcare outcomes

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Broad understanding of marketing tactics and techniques
  • Experience in Local marketing required
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Sales enablement experience, including training and development of collateral
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving environment - you love and thrive on change and challenge
  • Experience in retail, clinical site, and service marketing
