Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and profitability goals provided by Vice President Industrial Filtration.
  • Initiate sales calls and presentations to clients and end users. Assist distribution in securing new business in assigned distribution territories.
  • Perform key account management functions for global customer. Lead periodic global conference calls with FFT support team from the various regions. Work to harmonize and standardize FFT's approach with the customer including design standards, specifications, product offerings, quotations and contracts.
  • To manage the TM sales team and drive the segment to profitable growth.
  • Strategic account analysis for new and existing accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Marketing field preferred.
  • Experience in technical sales >5 years.
  • Experience in managing sales teams >3 years.
  • Experience in the turbomachinery segment >3-5 years.
  • Filtration experience preferable.
