Regional Sales Manager
The RSM is an individual contributor role hunter sales roll focused on enterprise new name business. You will be selling Disruptive Cloud File Data Services Infrastructure using a SaaS subscription model and responsible for new enterprise account business in your territory. This is a Field Sales role that requires 8-12 years successful enterprise solutions prospecting and closing experience.
Prior Enterprise IT Infrastructure sales is preferred, especially in disruptive data storage, data protection, and data management cloud infrastructure.
Use your consultative disruptive selling expertise in Data Management, IaaS, Backup, Recovery, or Security to advise large Enterprise Customers to migrate from Legacy On-Premises or less optimal cloud deployments to Nasuni's proven Cloud File Data Services SaaS platform.
As a Select Regional Sales Manager you will...

  • Sell a SaaS Cloud File Infrastructure Solution
  • Focus on hunting and acquiring new customer logos
  • Share amazing stories of Ransomware Recovery and an NPS Scores above 98%.
  • Leverage a proven Sales playbook and SaaS Selling Methodology.
  • Use the latest Sales prospecting tools
  • Onboard and Ramp-Up quickly using Nasuni University and our Sales Enablement Training.
  • Leverage a favorable comp plan to exceed to maximize accelerators.

  • Partner closely with a great team of Partner Sales Managers, Sales Development Representatives and Field marketing leads for demand generation
  • Leverage Channel Partners and customer references at events, shows, and presentations.
  • Continually convert your territory strategy to an accurate Salesforce forecast for current and future quarters

  • A hunter and new name mind set.
  • Experience selling disruptive data storage, management, or protection solutions.
  • Great relationships among existing Nasuni Channel Partners, VAR, and Resellers.
  • Experience building new territories and driving go-to-market strategies and programs
  • Proven performance consistently attaining and exceeding Sales Goals and Quota.
  • Existing enterprise account IT relationships
  • Ability to continuously create, qualify, and progress pipeline
  • This position is 100% remote and anticipated travel is around 50% within the territory
