Culture Amp seeks an outstanding Enterprise Account Executive to aid us in our aspiration to enable numerous companies to prioritize a culture-focused approach through accessible people analytics. Our Enterprise team collaborates closely with our People Science and Solution Consultants team to assist organizations with over 5,000 employees in optimizing their employee experience. We deliver world-class sales experiences by engaging in thoughtful discovery, tailored demonstrations, establishing diverse customer relationships, effective project management, and value creation.

Within your team...

You will
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, emailing, and follow-ups on marketing campaigns and inquiries.
  • Manage a strong sales pipeline from inception to closure and communicate challenges and victories to the team.
  • Understand prospects' pain points and educate them on Culture Amp's value while showcasing differentiators, conducting effective product demos via video conference, and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Collaborate to create solutions and business cases to engender advocacy for and adoption of Culture Amp across the organization.
  • Work closely with our People Scientists and Solution Consultants to achieve sales targets; collaborate with Customer Success Coaches and Account Managers to assist and establish expectations for customers.
You have
  • Demonstrated success in a sales closing role, preferably within HR and/or SaaS.
  • Experience in selling solutions to Executives across various industries.
  • Proficiency in forecasting and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Drive and experience in building 50% of the pipeline through sourcing your own opportunities.
  • Experience in selling to Enterprise-sized organizations with over 5,000 employees.
  • Over 5 years of closing experience.

Our compensation philosophy aligns with this ethos, focusing on fair and equitable pay. We embed pay equity into all our programs and conduct annual pay equity assessments.

The estimated base salary range for this role in the US is between $180,000 and $235,000 and may be subject to adjustments based on multiple factors, including market dynamics and individual qualifications assessed during the interview process.

In addition to the base salary, your compensation package will encompass additional elements such as equity and benefits. Sales roles may also incorporate sales commissions.
