Charlotte, North Carolina, United States Home Solutions Full time

About the Role

Home Solutions, a Three Ships company, is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our fast-growing business. As a member of the operations team, you'll work closely with our senior leadership and other team members to ensure data fidelity and accurate affiliate revenue reporting, ultimately providing insights to support decision making across the entire Home Solutions team. You'll work side-by side with our Digital Marketing and Partnerships teams to drive both internal and external performance.

Home Solutions mission is to make homeownership easy and enjoyable. Our vision is to build the #1 digital distribution platform for researching, financing, and purchasing home services. Home Solutions has only just scratched the surface of the endless opportunities and possibilities in the home services world, and a sharp, driven, revenue operations analyst is a key part of accelerating our growth.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Providing insights through analysis of revenue and conversion data to drive business decisions, partnership negotiations, and financial results.
  • Collaborating with our business development & account management teams to successfully onboard new brand partners, identify new brands to target as partners, & share performance insights to inform partner growth conversations.
  • Creating dashboards and reporting that provide you, along with the entire Operations team, with the relevant KPIs that the team needs to set priorities, identify meaningful performance trends, & operate with precision and efficiency.
  • Own key operational initiatives and spot opportunities for improvement that increase profitability across our different marketing channels, partners, and categories.

About You

  • 1-4 years of experience in a highly quantitative and analytical role; statistics, management consulting, data analytics, or investment banking experience is more relevant to this role than traditional marketing or market research - marketing experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in an analytically oriented discipline (e.g. business, economics, statistics, mathematics, etc.)
  • Comfort with measuring, interpreting, and making real-time decisions based on large volumes of data.
  • Ability to build financial models, conduct ROI analysis, and present data and recommendations to senior team members on a regular basis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets skills; competency in advanced statistical tools and data visualization tools a plus.
  • Basic programming, SQL, and scripting experience desired.
  • Passionate about the intersection of digital marketing, analytics, finance, and partnerships.
  • Desire for a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
