Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Healthcare Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in collaborating with various departments to enhance strategic decision-making and uncover opportunities for improvement within the Revenue Cycle domain. This position is essential for advancing our reporting and analytical capabilities to achieve optimal Revenue Cycle performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee standard reporting frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support Revenue Cycle operations.
  • Execute data cleansing and manipulation processes to guarantee data accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and departmental teams to assess and refine revenue processes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of new reporting requests to ensure alignment with business priorities and avoid redundancy.
  • Analyze revenue cycle metrics (billing, cash flow, accounts receivable, etc.) to derive insights and propose actionable solutions.
  • Offer analytical support to minimize denials and adjustments by identifying root causes and implementing corrective measures.
  • Maintain and refresh quality scorecards for various revenue cycle teams, providing trend analysis and improvement recommendations.
  • Partner with technology teams to ensure the stability and efficiency of reporting and analytics systems.
  • Communicate findings clearly to team members and stakeholders.
  • Assist in evaluating external business opportunities in collaboration with business development leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned within the scope of the role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management and data analysis within the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in anesthesia revenue cycle management is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Power Pivot, Power Query, and Power BI.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
