Key Responsibilities
:

  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Exceed ambitious revenue goals through hands-on participation in B2B sales and B2B2C activities. Negotiate partnerships, close deals, and lead sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent performance.
  • Innovate Sales Strategies: Transform and lead the sales team, including telemarketing, partnerships, and channel managers. Implement innovative strategies to consistently hit targets and enhance performance.
  • Adapt to Market Changes: Rapidly adapt and pivot sales strategies in response to market changes, ensuring our approach remains effective and competitive.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to make informed strategic decisions, optimize processes, and continuously improve team outcomes.



Skills and Qualifications
:

  • Proven experience in selling education-related services, including online learning platforms or educational technology solutions.
  • Extensive experience with products or services that involve long-tail / multi-touch marketing.
  • Strong track record in revenue generation both in the US and internationally.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling up businesses from the startup stage.
  • Hands-on approach with a strong emphasis on execution, not just strategy formulation.
