Job Summary


Duties for the STEPS Customer Service Representative includes assisting customers by providing service via UK Healthcare switchboard and/or the UK Campus switchboard.

This is call center position and is responsible for transferring calls, providing information, and resolving some technical and service problems for the University of Kentucky customers and UK Medical Center Service.


Support scenarios include but are not limited to:

UK Healthcare switchboard, UK Campus switchboard, UK user and computer accounts, UK email, Canvas, and UK software download and installation.
