Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled ESL Educator to instruct vocational language pertaining to Welding, Electricity, and A+ Computers. The successful candidate will be tasked with crafting and delivering dynamic lessons that improve our students' English language skills within these specialized fields.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute ESL lesson plans focused on vocational terminology in Welding, Electricity, and A+ Computers.
- Employ diverse teaching strategies and resources to cater to various learning preferences.
- Conduct evaluations to track student advancement and provide constructive feedback.
- Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Support students in enhancing both their general and industry-specific language capabilities.
- Engage in professional development activities and remain informed about ESL instructional best practices.

Essential Qualifications:

- Proven experience in ESL instruction is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to foster an engaging and supportive educational environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- No prior experience in Welding, Electricity, or A+ Computers is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience teaching adult learners or in a vocational training context.
- Familiarity with digital educational tools and online learning platforms.
