Job Overview:
  • Provide high-quality case management for asylum-seeking families and individuals in San Diego
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop service plans
  • Offer ongoing case management with internal and external referrals
  • Collaborate with IRC colleagues and other service providers
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess client needs and create individualized service plans
  • Provide referrals and ensure client understanding of appointments
  • Deliver Know Your Rights orientations and other relevant topics
  • Monitor client progress and modify service plans as needed
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Social Work or similar field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant human services experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English and either Russian, Dari, or Spanish
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel
Working Environment:
  • Professional office setting with some remote work
  • Regular travel required within service delivery area
  • Standard office hours with occasional evening and weekend events
