The purpose of the Leasing Manager is to plan and direct marketing of property's products and services by performing the outlined duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. The manager is expected to conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to the property.

Leasing Manager Job Responsibilities:

Establishes strategic marketing plans to achieve objectives. Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives of organization. Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, and electronic media. Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets. Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions. 7. Monitors competitive products and marketing activities.Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to management.Establishes and maintains a consistent professional image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events. Being accountable for physical appearance of community including tour paths and made-ready product Strong focus on sales and leading team to accomplish sales goals Training/ mentoring leasing team on company's phone, internet and tour standards. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of residents or employees of organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
