Forward is redesigning the way we deliver healthcare using all the technologies healthcare has neglected: sensors, mobile, and AI. We're building out a world-class operations team and as an Operations Associate, you'll have a foundational role in rebuilding our country's most important and most broken industry from first principles.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Recruiting is one of the most important challenges we're facing, and you'll be able to play a huge role in helping us scale the company during our hyper-growth phase
  • Forward is a full-stack company, so you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of roles on many different teams (engineering, medical, operations, growth, etc.)
  • You'll gain exposure to every aspect of the recruiting life cycle

YOU ARE:

  • Detail-Oriented: You have exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail
  • Wearer of many hats: You're able to balance several tasks at once with little hand holding, and can easily pivot as priorities change
  • Startup ready: You're someone who's self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • A strong communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Creative: You're a natural problem solver who thinks outside the box
  • Proactive: Take initiative, follow-through, and work with a sense of urgency
  • Scrappy: You're a hustler who's willing to get their hands dirty and dive right in
  • Process-Oriented: We're growing fast and have lots to build along the way. We're looking for someone who will develop new processes to optimize work flows and make operations more efficient

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • BA/BS required
  • A high level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks.
  • Sourcing or recruiting experience is a plus
  • Startup experience is helpful
