About the Role

The Security Operations Specialist is a key member of our team at Security Industry Specialists, Inc., responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for our clients and customers. As a Fusion Security Expert, you will be the first point of contact for all safety and security issues, leveraging your knowledge of rules, policies, and procedures to address any concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and Maintain a Safe Environment: You will be responsible for monitoring overall activity on the site to ensure a safe and secure environment for all individuals.
  • Investigate Security Incidents: You will initiate investigations of security-related incidents, using your knowledge of rules, policies, and procedures to determine the best course of action.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: As a representative of Security Industry Specialists, Inc., you will be expected to provide professional, courteous service to all individuals, including customers, clients, and colleagues.
  • Assist in Emergency Situations: You will be responsible for assisting EMS or other officials during emergency situations, using your knowledge and training to provide support and guidance.
  • Manage Conflicts and Incidents: You will use your people and conflict management skills to resolve incidents and conflicts in a professional and discreet manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience: You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, such as law enforcement or security operations.
  • Education and Certifications: You must hold and maintain applicable state guard certifications and licenses, as well as any other relevant certifications or education.
  • Advanced Safety Certifications: Advanced safety certifications, such as EMT or CLSS-HC, are preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Technology: You must be proficient in iOS, macOS, and PC operating systems, as well as other relevant technologies.
