YOUR ROLE AS A FINANCE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST:

Picture yourself starting each day as a Finance Operations Specialist at Ace Plumbing & Rooter, filled with motivation and ready to contribute to our financial success. Your responsibilities will include a variety of engaging tasks, such as overseeing accounts with precision, analyzing outstanding balances, and facilitating smooth financial transactions. By working closely with both internal teams and external partners, you will address billing issues, produce accurate financial reports, and deliver outstanding customer service. Your keen attention to detail and financial expertise will be crucial in minimizing accounts receivable delays, maintaining precise records, and enhancing the overall financial health of our organization.

To succeed in this role, we require the following qualifications:

  • Extensive background in accounts receivable and account reconciliation
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in credit collections within a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
  • A minimum of 3 years in accounts receivable and collections management, leading teams of 2 or more
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

While having two or more years of experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred, it is not mandatory. Familiarity with cash management is considered an advantage.
