JB Consulting Systems is seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Specialist with expertise in essential services such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. This role is pivotal in managing and overseeing operations at our consolidated rental car facility.

The Facilities Operations Specialist will focus on a specific range of facility management activities across various project sites. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational protocols.
  • Monitoring and maintaining site conditions to meet departmental expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor performance and ensure adherence to service agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine capital improvement strategies.
  • Conduct inspections to assess site and facility conditions.
  • Evaluate work completed by contractors and staff, providing constructive feedback.
  • Respond to emergencies and urgent facility issues as they arise.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements.
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants and building personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or technical certification preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of facility equipment and maintenance protocols.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Effective communication and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing skills.
