Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving various service requests related to the operation of our internal systems. Your day-to-day duties will include hardware provisioning, application support, and troubleshooting of our technical infrastructure for local and remote users around the globe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AD, Windows Server, networking, application and hardware troubleshooting, with effective soft communication skills.

Act as a point of contact for all IT-related incidents and service requests.
Manage and track incidents through helpdesk software.
Proactively manage and resolve issues through an effective troubleshooting process.
Provision, install, and support hardware for new employees, including workstations, printers, and other peripherals.
Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner.
Be available to provide after-hours support when required.
Administer Active Directory (AD) / Azure accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Monitor and maintain Windows Server systems and environments.
Work within Amazon Web Services (AWS) & Azure for routine system checks, maintenance, and problem resolution.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems/network topology and processes.
Contribute to projects as needed, such as system upgrades and migrations.
Other duties as needed or required.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with end users with varying degrees of technical acumen.
Strong understanding and experience in AD, Windows Server administration, and networking.
Experience in hardware provisioning for new employees.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and a positive attitude.
Experience with VMware, AWS, Azure, Salesforce, and SAP.
Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects concurrently.

Relevant IT certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Network+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are preferred.
Experience with MacOS and iOS a plus
